FII In Saudi Arabia Discusses Sustainable Development And Digital Economy With Global Leaders

The ninth Future Investment Initiative (FII9) focused on humanity, tax systems, spending efficiency, and attracting foreign investment for sustainable growth. Discussions also explored leadership qualities and achieving global aspirations. A session titled "Is Humanity Heading in the Right Direction?" featured leaders like the prime ministers of Pakistan and Albania, and the presidents of Rwanda and Guyana.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif congratulated His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for hosting FII9. Sharif highlighted Pakistan's economic reforms, including revenue enhancement, tax system digitization, anti-corruption efforts, and improved spending efficiency. These initiatives aim to create a productive economy that attracts long-term investment and fosters sustainable development.

Rwandan President Paul Kagame shared Rwanda's experience of fostering a strong national spirit despite its small size. He emphasized that Rwanda has developed an open mindset aligning with major nations' ambitions. This approach has been crucial in driving the country's progress.
