Fujairah's Young Techpreneurs Programme Reviewed By Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad To Empower Youth With Technology

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, highlighted the necessity of equipping young people with modern technology and adapting to knowledge advancements. He believes this approach strengthens sustainable development and boosts all major sectors. This was discussed during his visit to the 'Fujairah's Young Techpreneurs’ programme at the Zayed Educational Complex in Fujairah.

The programme is organised by the Office of the Crown Prince of Fujairah in partnership with Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU). H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad emphasised that the Fujairah Government, under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, is committed to supporting initiatives that promote science, innovation, technology, and creativity.

These efforts aim to prepare new generations capable of keeping up with modern times, contributing to national progress, and serving their country effectively. During his visit, Sheikh Mohammed toured classrooms at the complex, interacted with students and instructors, and received updates on ongoing activities.

He praised the programme’s objectives focused on enhancing students’ skills in programming, artificial intelligence, and technology through both theoretical and practical lessons supported by experts in these fields. Dr. Mansour Al-Awar, Chancellor of HBMSU, expressed gratitude for the Crown Prince’s patronage.

Dr. Al-Awar stated: "We deeply appreciate His Highness’ support, which not only backed the programme but also delivered a powerful message of inspiration and motivation to participants—encouraging them to continue learning and acquiring the skills needed to build a bright future." He noted that this partnership exemplifies national collaboration between academic institutions and leadership.

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad was accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of H.H. the Crown Prince of Fujairah. The visit underscored a commitment to fostering an environment where youth can thrive through education and technological advancement.
