Fujairah Mountain Shooting Championship 2025: Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Crowns Winners And Honours Partners

Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, son of the Crown Prince of Fujairah, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, awarded winners at the Fujairah Mountain Shooting Championship's second edition. The event included preliminary competitions and side events like Pool Shoots and the 50-bird re-entry English Sporting. His visit to the championship arena in Wadi Ghub, Diba, Fujairah, was alongside his brother, Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi.

The championship, held under the patronage of the Crown Prince of Fujairah, saw Sheikh Hamad honouring strategic partners and sponsors for their contributions. He praised the organising committee for their dedication in presenting a successful event. The strategic partners recognised included Fujairah Municipality, Dibba Municipality, Department of Public Works and Agriculture, Fujairah Tourism and Antiquities Department, Fujairah Adventures, and Fujairah Holidays.

Winners of Fujairah Mountain Shooting Championship Crowned

In the 50-bird re-entry English Sporting competition, Matthieu Delmas emerged victorious in the open category. Virgilijus Grybe won in the seniors category. Charlie Faulds and Alexander Gottschling claimed victory in the juniors category. In the women's category, Dulary Aline, Madison Sharpe, and Renae Birgan were winners.

The Pool Shoot events also featured notable performances. In Pool Shoot 1, Charles Bardou secured first place followed by Will Page, Adam Shale, and Chris Smith. For Pool Shoot 2, Maxime Morin took first place with Richard Bunning second, Matthieu Delmas third, and Chris Childerhouse fourth. Humoud Alsenan led Pool Shoot 3 with Matthieu Delmas second, Charlie Faulds third, and Turner Parcell fourth.

The English Sporting Preliminary Competitions ran from February 1 to 4. John Dunn topped the senior category while Mark Bowes came second and Virgilijus Grybe third. Arthur Caron won in the junior category with Turner Parcell second and Connor Danniel third. In the women's category, Karen Miles took first place followed by Madison Sharpe in second and Ekaterina Polyvanaya in third.

The championship attracted over 400 participants from 37 countries since its start on February 1. It will conclude on February 8. Besides competitive events, it also highlights cultural diversity through various activities.
