Freshworks Opens New UAE Data Center To Empower MEA Businesses

Freshworks Inc. has unveiled its new data center in the UAE, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), to bolster its presence in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The facility will enable businesses in the region to leverage Freshworks' AI-driven customer and employee service solutions more easily. The data center will cater to customers from 72 countries, making the UAE the hub of Freshworks' MEA operations. It will host all of Fresh' products for regional customers and utilize AWS's comprehensive cloud infrastructure.
