Finstreet Launches Innovative International Securities Market Infrastructure At Abu Dhabi Finance Week

Finstreet Limited, a company under the IHC Group through Rorix Holdings, has introduced its subsidiaries at Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW). These subsidiaries operate an innovative international securities market infrastructure. The launch follows the acquisition of licences from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of ADGM. Institutional investors are now invited to register and access this regulated securities market.

Through its regulated entities—Finstreet Global Markets Ltd, Finstreet Capital Ltd, and Finstreet Global Clearing and Settlement Ltd—Finstreet provides a range of services. These include a Multi-Lateral Trading Facility (MTF), Central Securities Depository (CSD), Digital Settlement Facility (DSF), and Private Financing Platform (PFP).

The solutions were revealed during a bell-ringing event at ADFW. They connect primary and secondary markets, allowing access to private digital securities. This new market offers liquidity options for private company shareholders and facilitates direct market trading. It opens up alternative investment opportunities designed for professional investors.
