FII Institute Reveals World-Class Speakers And Program Highlights For FII9 In Riyadh

The Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute Acting CEO, Richard Attias, has announced the details for the 9th edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII9). Scheduled for October 28–30, 2025, this event will be held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. During a press conference in Riyadh, Attias highlighted that FII9 aims to be a global platform fostering partnerships between governments and the private sector.

Attias emphasised that this year's event will feature an impressive roster of world leaders and influential figures. Notable attendees include Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and Public Investment Fund Governor Yasir Al-Rumayyan. Other distinguished participants are Vice President of China Han Zheng and Nobel Peace Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus.

Over 250 panels and discussions are planned to tackle pressing global issues. Topics include redefining prosperity, addressing income inequality, and exploring the shift beyond free trade with its geopolitical impacts. The event will also focus on public-private partnerships for sustainable growth and advancements in quantum computing and AI leadership.

Among the prominent business leaders attending are Laura Cha from the Bretton Woods Committee and Ruth Porat from Alphabet and Google. Dr. Eric Schmidt, former CEO of Google, will also participate alongside Citi CEO Jane Fraser. Ray Dalio from Bridgewater Associates and Evan Spiegel from Snap Inc will join these discussions as well.

The conference will host a diverse group of global leaders such as World Trade Organization Director-General Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike. UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves, Rwanda's President Paul Kagame, and Syria's President Ahmed al-Sharaa will also be present to share their insights.

Richard Attias stated that FII9 is designed to gather top leaders, investors, innovators, and policymakers worldwide. The goal is to identify actionable solutions for current challenges while forging new partnerships across sectors.
