Recipients awaiting packages will now receive a WhatsApp notification from FedEx once their shipment is picked up. Using a META-verified WhatsApp business account, FedEx helps mitigate online risks like scams using the FedEx brand. Recipients can chat with FedEx directly in their preferred language, access tracking status, and redirect options within the WhatsApp chat window.
