Fairmont And SOL Properties To Launch 55-Storey Luxury Residence In Dubai

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a globally recognised luxury hotel brand under the Accor group, has joined forces with SOL Properties, a prominent UAE developer, to introduce Fairmont Residences Solara Tower Dubai. This private residence project aims to redefine luxury real estate in Downtown Dubai and is set for completion by Q3 of 2027.

The development will feature meticulously designed spaces that blend elegance with timeless opulence. With expansive terraces offering stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, these residences epitomise luxury living.
