Furthering this momentum, the introduction of the Premia BOCHK Saudi Arabia Government Sukuk ETF on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange stands as a landmark event, underscoring the deepening financial ties between these regions.

At the CMF Hong Kong luncheon, co-hosted by ewpartners, CMF Hong Kong, Saudi Tadawul Group (STG), and HKEX, over 100 distinguished representatives from government agencies, investment institutions, and the entrepreneurial sector of Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong convened.

This gathering marked a significant step in enhancing the capital market linkages between Asia and the Middle East. The launch of ewpartners' new office in Hong Kong was a focal point, with Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu highlighting the city's pivotal role as a conduit for innovation and growth between Asia and the Middle East, emphasizing, "Fostering Strategic Partnerships across Borders, Driving Innovation, Growth, and Prosperity."

Mohammed Al-Rumaih, CEO of Saudi Exchange, illuminated the robust expansion of the Saudi capital markets, noting record IPOs and a surge in investor engagement.

He attributed part of this success to the burgeoning Saudi-Hong Kong collaboration, spotlighting Sahm Capital, propelled by ewpartners, as one of the fastest-growing fintech entities in the kingdom. This partnership exemplifies the fruitful exchange and cooperation between the two regions.

Cliff Chau, Managing Partner at ewpartners, recounted the firm's journey since its inception in 2017. By facilitating over 20 projects, ewpartners has effectively connected capital and expertise between Asia and the Middle East.

Dr. Bernard Chan, Acting Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, accentuated Hong Kong's unique stature as a global commercial nexus, offering a confluence of international and China-specific advantages.
