Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE) is set to introduce a new incentive for its customers. By collaborating with Emirates Petroleum Company (Emarat), EtihadWE will allow customers to earn loyalty points for timely utility bill payments through the EmCan loyalty programme. This initiative aims to enhance customer engagement by rewarding punctual bill payments.

EmCan, managed by Emarat, is a loyalty scheme that offers rewards for everyday spending. Customers can accumulate and use EmCoins at various outlets, including Emarat service stations, convenience stores, and numerous retail and lifestyle locations across the UAE. This integration with EtihadWE expands the reach of EmCan into essential services.
