Eshraq Investments has unveiled a comprehensive overhaul of its corporate strategy, marking a significant shift towards direct private equity investments. This strategic refresh, set to unfold over the next five years, with pivotal acquisitions slated for as early as 2024, signifies Eshraq's ambition to expand its private equity capabilities and exposure. Concurrently, the company aims to transition its legacy portfolio assets, illustrating a move to refine its focus.

In a strategic pivot, Eshraq aims to navigate its future growth by concentrating on directly held private equity investments. This approach will be balanced with the generation of cash from minority equity positions, fixed-income assets, and real estate investments. This blend is designed to stabilize the portfolio and ensure consistent earnings. The Board of Directors has given the green light for Eshraq's management team to start implementing this strategy without delay.
