ENOC Partners With Amazon To Transform Retail Experiences For Customers In The UAE
ENOC has partnered with Amazon UAE to explore new customer solutions nationwide. This collaboration, formalised through an MoU, aims to merge ENOC's retail network with Amazon's advanced technology. The partnership focuses on enhancing both online and in-store customer experiences by leveraging delivery speed and innovative shopping technologies like Just Walk Out.
Amazon plans to use ENOC's widespread presence in the UAE to improve delivery efficiency while supporting sustainable urban development. By transforming existing ENOC facilities into quick fulfilment hubs, Amazon aims to reduce delivery times and traffic congestion. This strategy will bring essential products closer to customers, enhancing convenience.

The collaboration also explores integrating Just Walk Out technology in select ENOC convenience stores "ZOOM". This technology allows customers to complete purchases without traditional checkout processes, streamlining the shopping experience.

Expanding Digital Presence
ENOC plans to expand its digital footprint by offering its products on Amazon.ae. This move will enable customers to purchase ENOC products online for the first time, broadening their access and convenience.
