EMX Launches Comprehensive Card Issuance And Fulfilment Service To Enhance UAE Logistics

EMX, the logistics division of 7X, has introduced a comprehensive card issuance and fulfilment service across the nation. This new venture complements its existing logistics expertise. The service integrates card sourcing, secure personalisation, packaging, and last-mile delivery. It offers banks, fintechs, and government bodies a swift and reliable solution that aligns with the UAE's strategic goals.

The operations are managed by EMX’s sister company, Electronic Documents Centre (EDC), which specialises in secure personalisation and data handling. By consolidating all key processes under one secure chain of custody, EMX replaces a fragmented multi-vendor model with a streamlined approach. This reduces delays, enhances data protection, and improves quality assurance at every stage.

The infrastructure is designed to meet stringent regulatory and security standards. It is ideal for institutions managing sensitive financial or personal data. Laith Tahboub, General Manager of EMX, stated that the launch extends their logistics leadership into secure issuance. "Our model accelerates turnaround, keeps sensitive data within national borders," he noted.

EMX's broader roadmap aims to localise essential infrastructure and strengthen digital resilience. It offers clients configurable solutions that align with the UAE’s national vision. The infrastructure ensures full compliance with national data sovereignty regulations while reducing turnaround times significantly.

With production based in the UAE, some orders can be fulfilled as early as the next day. Consolidating workflows under one provider speeds up operations while reinforcing security and quality controls from production to delivery. Real-time tracking and centralised oversight support these efforts.

EMX plans to extend this model across the GCC and wider Middle East and Africa regions. This will establish a hub for secure, efficient, and compliant card issuance services. "Through our smart solutions," Tahboub added, "we will enable end-to-end management of production within a single facility."
