Partnership Between Emirati HR Council And KPMG Aims To Enhance Emiratisation

The Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai has joined forces with KPMG Lower Gulf, marking a significant step towards bolstering Emiratisation across various sectors. Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Deputy Chairman of the Council and the Director-General of the Human Resources Department in Dubai, alongside Emilio Pera, CEO and Senior Partner of KPMG Lower Gulf, signed the MoU. This agreement is a testament to their joint commitment to creating employment opportunities, offering extensive training programmes, career guidance, and facilitating the transfer of expertise crucial for developing a skilled Emirati workforce.

Under this MoU, KPMG Lower Gulf pledges to enhance its workforce with Emirati talent through job opportunities tailored to meet the UAE's strategic Emiratisation goals. Additionally, it commits to providing comprehensive training programmes aimed at qualifying and developing Emirati cadres. The partnership also focuses on offering career guidance and counselling to help UAE nationals align their career paths with national objectives.
