Emirates Secures Five Prestigious Global Awards At World Travel Awards 2025

Emirates concluded 2025 by securing five prestigious awards at the 32nd World Travel Awards in Bahrain. These accolades add to over 20 honours the airline has received this year. The latest awards highlight Emirates' brand leadership, its acclaimed inflight entertainment system, ice, and its First Class experience and lounges. Additionally, Emirates Skywards was recognised as the World’s Leading Airline Rewards Programme for 2025.

The new awards Emirates received include World’s Leading Airline Brand 2025, World’s Leading Airline Inflight Entertainment 2025, and World’s Leading Airline Rewards Programme 2025. The airline also won titles for World’s Leading Airline – First Class 2025 and World’s Leading Airline Lounge – First Class 2025 for its lounge at Emirates Terminal 3 in Dubai International Airport.

In November, Emirates was named Best Airline in the World for the eighth consecutive year at the ULTRAs travel awards. This recognition came from Ultratravel's network of 1.2 million travellers. The airline also received awards for Best Premium Economy Class and a Lifetime Achievement Award for Services to Global Aviation presented to Tim Clark.

Aviation Business Middle East honoured Emirates with Best First Class of the Year and Airline of the Year titles. Further accolades included Best International Airline, Best International First Class, and Best International Airline Lounge from the Forbes Travel Guide Verified Air Travel Awards 2025. Additionally, Emirates was named Best Long-Haul Airline at The Times and The Sunday Times Travel Awards 2025.

Tim Clark was also recognised with a Distinguished Achievement Award from the Wings Club Foundation. In September, Emirates achieved two significant wins at the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO in Long Beach. These included the 2026 APEX Best Global Entertainment Award for its ice system and a 2026 APEX World Class award for overall customer experience and brand.

Consistent Recognition Throughout the Year

Earlier in the year, Emirates was awarded Best Long-Haul Airline at The Telegraph Travel Awards. It was also named 2025’s Most Recommended Global Brand by YouGov. At the Business Traveller Middle East Awards, Emirates secured multiple honours including Best Airline Worldwide for the twelfth consecutive year, Best First Class, Best Premium Economy Class, and Best Airport Lounge in the Middle East.

The consistent recognition throughout various prestigious platforms underscores Emirates' commitment to excellence across all aspects of its service offerings. These achievements reflect both industry acknowledgment and customer satisfaction with their travel experiences on Emirates flights.
