Emirates Stallions Group Reports 10% Revenue Growth To AED 332.68 Million In Q1 2025
Emirates Stallions Group, a part of International Holding Company (IHC), reported robust financial outcomes for the first quarter of 2025. The Group's revenue increased by 10% compared to the previous year, reaching AED332.68 million. This growth highlights the Group's effective execution and focus on operational efficiency across its diverse offerings.
Operational profit for the first quarter rose by 25% to AED59.76 million, demonstrating ESG's dedication to operational excellence through strategic investments and cost optimisation. Gross profit also saw a 10% increase, amounting to AED99.09 million, driven by improved business integration and cost management across its portfolio.

Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri, Chairman of ESG, remarked that these results showcase the strength and resilience of ESG. "These results reflect the strength, resilience, and forward-looking vision of ESG. Our focus remains firmly on unlocking sustainable value through smart investments, disciplined execution, and a diversified portfolio that is built to perform across cycles," he stated.
The Group's total equity reached AED2.545 billion by 31st March 2025, marking a 2% increase from the end of 2024. This rise underscores ESG's strong capital position and prudent financial management practices.
Kayed Ali Khorma, CEO of ESG, highlighted the significance of the operational profit increase: "The 25 percent increase in operational profit that we have witnessed in the first quarter is a clear reflection of the strength of our business." He noted that this growth indicates a positive trajectory for further expansion in the region.
While total assets remained steady at AED3.678 billion, the book value per share improved to AED10.18. This improvement reinforces ESG's strong capital base and consistent delivery of long-term value to shareholders.
