Emirates has introduced Emirates Courier Express, a comprehensive delivery service aimed at transforming express deliveries. With nearly 40 years of experience in global logistics, Emirates collaborated with international clients to refine this service. The focus was on speed, reliability, and flexibility before its market launch. Over the past year, thousands of packages have been shipped from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, South Africa, and the UK.

The average delivery time for Emirates Courier Express is under 48 hours. This new service is now available for businesses. Unlike traditional cross-border delivery models that rely on multiple stops through a hub-and-spoke system, Emirates Courier Express offers direct routes from origin to destination. This method uses Emirates' extensive global network and frequent flights to minimize transit time and handling. Customers benefit from faster deliveries and reduced package handling.

Emirates Courier Express offers various service levels to cater to different needs. Options include next-day urgent delivery and a two-day Premium service. Additionally, there are plans for innovative new products in the pipeline. Initially available in seven markets, the service has limitless potential for expansion wherever Emirates operates.

The service leverages Emirates' fleet of over 250 widebody passenger and freighter aircraft to facilitate worldwide package movement. This extensive fleet ensures efficient global reach for deliveries. The solution also includes a reliable cross-border network of partners to handle customs clearance and manage first and last-mile transportation.
