Emirates Airlines Launches Courier Express Service To Seven Countries

Launching with nearly four decades of expertise in global transportation, Emirates has introduced Emirates Courier Express, a comprehensive delivery service designed to transform the express delivery landscape. This service aims to provide rapid, reliable, and adaptable delivery options, setting a new standard in the industry.

The trials, conducted over the past year, involved shipping thousands of parcels from countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, South Africa, and the UK, achieving an impressive average delivery time of under 48 hours. Now, Emirates Courier Express is officially available for commercial use.

Emphasising ease of business, Emirates Courier Express operates on a fully digital platform. This platform integrates directly with customer software, offering bespoke shipping solutions and advanced tracking systems. Real-time updates and seamless integration ensure efficiency, reliability, quality, and transparency throughout the delivery process, from collection to global delivery.

Breaking away from the traditional hub-and-spoke system of cross-border delivery, which involves multiple stops for a package, Emirates Courier Express offers a direct route from origin to destination. This innovation leverages Emirates' extensive global network and frequent flights, mirroring the direct connectivity enjoyed by passengers.

This model not only speeds up delivery time but also minimizes handling, giving Emirates Courier Express a competitive advantage by delivering goods more efficiently to end-users. Customers can choose from various service levels, including next-day urgent delivery and a two-day Premium service, with more innovative options on the horizon.
