Emarat Opens New Shamil Service Centres In Sharjah And Umm Al Qaiwain

The Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (Emarat) has recently expanded its network of Shamil service centres, unveiling three new branches in the United Arab Emirates. These new facilities are located in Sharjah, specifically at Shamil Al Joud in Industrial Area 17 and Shamil Al Ehsan in the Al Suyoh Suburb, as well as in Umm Al Qaiwain at Shamil GTS Umm Al Thoub. This strategic expansion aims to enhance the accessibility of a wide range of vehicle-related services for residents of Sharjah and Umm Al Qaiwain.

With the addition of these new branches, the total number of Shamil centres now stands at 10, strategically positioned across various Emarat stations. This network includes four branches in Dubai, two in Fujairah, two in Umm Al Qaiwain, and two in Sharjah. Emarat has expressed plans for further expansion in the near future, indicating a commitment to broadening its service offerings across the region.

New Shamil Centres in UAE

The Shamil service centres are a collaborative effort between Emarat, the Ministry of Interior in the Northern Regions, and Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). These centres are designed to offer a comprehensive suite of services for both light and heavy vehicles. Among the services provided are vehicle inspection, evaluation, registration, renewal, fine payment, insurance, licensing, and more. Additionally, these centres cater to VIP customers by offering specialized services such as vehicle transportation for inspection and evaluation, licensing procedures, and even issuing international driving licences for those planning to travel abroad.

This initiative by Emarat not only facilitates a smoother process for vehicle-related services but also underscores the corporation's dedication to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
