He noted that the UAE job market will continue to rise due to strong economic performance. Predictions for 2025 include growth rates of 5.1% by the IMF, 4.1% by the World Bank, and 4.5% by the UAE Central Bank.

Ahmed Gamal from Nvidia AI Solutions at Advanced Integration pointed out the UAE's advancements in AI and technology, which are likely to create more jobs requiring high-level expertise.
Rabea Ataya, CEO of Bayt.com, stated that AI will greatly influence the UAE’s job market in 2025. Automating repetitive tasks allows professionals to focus on problem-solving and relationship-building. Ataya sees this as a chance for individuals and organisations to move beyond routine roles and embrace careers blending data insights with personal intuition.
He also noted an increasing demand for technology and healthcare professionals due to AI advancements and population growth. Industries like marketing are significant employers of fresh graduates as well.

The UAE ranks first regionally and fifth globally as a preferred destination for digital nomads according to CEOWORLD Magazine. Additionally, it secured fourth place globally in InterNations' ranking of best countries for expatriates to live and work.
