Eaton Appoints Qasem Noureddin As New Managing Director For Middle East

Intelligent power management company Eaton has recently announced a significant change in its leadership within the Middle East region. Qasem Noureddin has been appointed as the new Managing Director, taking over responsibilities that span across Eaton's operational and commercial business throughout the Middle East. With a career that began with Cooper Industries and continued at Eaton since 2012, Noureddin's extensive experience and expertise in power management are set to play a crucial role in meeting the growing demands of customers across various sectors.

In his statement, Noureddin expressed his enthusiasm for guiding customers through the development of energy transition strategies, emphasizing the innovative 'Buildings as a Grid’ approach for commercial and industrial buildings and EV charging solutions. His focus on innovation and collaboration is aimed at advancing the company's success and delivering substantial value to customers and partners in the region. Noureddin’s predecessor, Ashraf Yehia, moves on to a broader regional role within Eaton as vice president and general manager of the Life Safety Division for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Noureddin’s rise to the position of Managing Director follows his successful tenure as commercial director of the Power Management & Control Components (PMCC) division at Eaton. He holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Princess Sumaya University for Technology, Royal Scientific Society, in Amman, Jordan. His appointment comes as a strategic move, with Dusan Pirich, vice president of sales for emerging markets in the Electrical Sector at EMEA, highlighting Noureddin’s proven track record in delivering market growth and operational excellence. Pirich’s comments underscore the pivotal role Noureddin will play in continuing to expand Eaton’s business and strengthen relationships with regional stakeholders.
