Eagle Hills To Transform Riga's Daugava River With €3 Billion Waterfront Development
Eagle Hills has announced the launch of its latest project, "Riga Waterfront," aimed at developing the waterfront on the Daugava River in Riga, Latvia's capital. The project's investments exceed 3 billion euros. The development will feature around 8,000 designed residential units, accommodating over 30,000 residents. The project was unveiled in Riga in the presence of Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade; Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State; Mohamed Al Abbar, Founder and Chairman of Eagle Hills Properties; along with dignitaries and investors from the UAE and Latvia. Dr. Al Zeyoudi highlighted the strengthening ties between the UAE and Latvia, noting substantial growth in trade and investment relations across various sectors.

Dr. Al Zeyoudi emphasized that the "Riga Waterfront" project underscores the deepening partnership between the UAE and Latvia. He identified Latvia as a key economic and investment partner in the Baltic region. Both nations are focused on boosting collaboration in several areas of mutual interest.
