DURAR Group Commits AED 10 Million To Support Fathers' Endowment Campaign In UAE

The DURAR Group has pledged AED10 million to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign. This initiative, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to honour fathers in the UAE. It establishes a sustainable fund to provide healthcare for those in need. The campaign is part of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), encouraging donations in honour of fathers.

Ibrahim Abdullah Alhabib, Chairman of DURAR Group, highlighted that the Fathers' Endowment campaign reflects social solidarity and compassion for less fortunate communities globally. He observed that the widespread participation in this Ramadan endowment campaign showcases the UAE's strong culture of giving and honours fathers by contributing to a sustainable healthcare fund for the poor and needy.

Alhabib further stated, "Our contribution to this important campaign demonstrates our commitment to social responsibility and our support for the UAE's charitable initiatives, particularly the impactful humanitarian programs of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives. A key focus of these programs is providing sustainable access to medicine and treatment, offering hope and healing to those who cannot afford medical care."

The campaign offers various donation methods. Contributions can be made through its website FathersFund.ae or by calling their toll-free number 8004999. Additionally, bank transfers are accepted at Emirates Islamic Bank using IBAN: AE020340003518492868201 in UAE dirhams.

Donors can also contribute via SMS by sending "Father" to specific numbers: 1034 for AED 10, 1035 for AED 50, 1036 for AED 100, and 1038 for AED 500. These options are available for Etisalat by e& and du users. Other platforms include the DubaiNow app under "Donations" and Jood (Jood.ae), Dubai’s community contributions platform.

This initiative has garnered significant attention as it aligns with the UAE's tradition of philanthropy. By supporting healthcare access through this endowment fund, individuals can make a meaningful impact while honouring their fathers.
