This success is attributed to its strategic focus on local sourcing, with 40% of its industrial raw materials procured domestically. Ducab plays a vital role in supporting the UAE's vision for an innovation-driven economy.

Exports now make up 60% of Ducab's production, highlighting its growing international influence. The company is celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2024 by expanding its global reach to 75 markets and doubling aluminium production capacity. Ducab's contributions are crucial in establishing the UAE as a hub for advanced and clean manufacturing.

Ducab's commitment to innovation is evident through over 5,000 completed projects and partnerships with 500 local initiatives last year. Its portfolio includes 85,000 specialized cable variants and globally certified products. The company's High Voltage (HV) Fiber Optic cable supports smart grids and infrastructure, aligning with the UAE Net Zero by 2050 and Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050.

The launch of Ducab Metals Business (DMB) in 2020 addressed market needs by introducing paper-insulated aluminium strips essential for electric vehicles and transformers. DMB sources molten aluminium from EGA, positioning Ducab as the region’s sole approved supplier for these products in the US market.

Ducab's participation at Make it in the Emirates 2025 event from May 19-22 at ADNEC highlights its status as a leading exporter of sustainable energy solutions. The company's presence underscores efforts to shape sustainable power transmission's future within the UAE and beyond.
