Dubai Stand Up Paddle 2025 Attracts Over 5000 Participants For Outdoor Fitness Event
This weekend, over 5,000 people gathered at Hatta Dam for the Dubai Stand Up Paddle event. The two-day outdoor adventure was part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) and featured activities from sunrise to sunset. Participants of all ages enjoyed paddling and kayaking on the clear waters, making it the largest and most engaging edition yet.
Set against the scenic Hajar Mountains, attendees embraced the 'Find Your Challenge' theme. They enjoyed panoramic views while working towards their 30x30 fitness goals. The new two-day format was a hit, offering a full weekend escape. Many combined paddleboarding with Hatta's hiking trails and dining options, turning it into a family wellness retreat.

The event offered free Stand Up Paddle (SUP) training sessions for all ages and skill levels. Safety briefings and equipment like boards, paddles, and life jackets were provided. This ensured everyone felt confident on the water, from beginners to seasoned paddlers. Registered participants also enjoyed free kayaking throughout the weekend.
As evening approached, tranquility took over with 30-minute sunset yoga sessions on the water. Guided by professional instructors, these sessions blended physical activity with mindfulness, offering a perfect way to unwind. It was an opportunity for reflection amidst nature's beauty.
A vibrant entertainment zone added to the weekend's excitement. Families were greeted by a giant inflatable duck that became a popular photo spot. Children enjoyed free popcorn in DFC-branded cones at a dedicated station. A bouncy castle provided endless fun, while face painting catered to both kids and adults.
Food and beverage vendors offered refreshments and ice lollies to keep everyone cool. These enhanced family amenities made Dubai Stand Up Paddle a complete weekend destination where fitness met fun seamlessly.
Community Engagement and Future Events
