This survey aims to collect feedback essential for boosting community involvement in sports and increasing private sector participation. "This retreat will outline the future of sports in Dubai and determine the key priorities, plans and strategies to drive the sector’s future growth," stated H.H. Sheikh Mansoor. The involvement of sports academies, centres, clubs, international tournaments, and local events is crucial to achieving these objectives.

Sheikh Mansoor stressed that studying proposals from this survey with stakeholders globally is vital for advancing technical, organisational, legislative, scientific, academic, and technological aspects of the sports sector. He highlighted that sports play a critical role in enhancing life quality in Dubai and aligning with its future vision.

During a meeting attended by Khalfan Juma Belhoul, Vice Chairman of DSC; Ali Mohammed Al Mutawa; Ahmed Zainal Al Khaja; Sayed Ismail Sayed Al Hashemi; Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Karam; Majid Abdullah Al Osaimi; Saeed Mohammed Hareb; and Nasser Aman Al Rahma, Sheikh Mansoor was briefed on upcoming sporting events and initiatives in Dubai. He emphasised showcasing Dubai's organisational capabilities in these events.

"The Dubai Sports Council will continue its cooperation with various partners from the public and private sectors to continuously develop the sports sector," said Sheikh Mansoor. Collaborations with international federations aim to host more global events and bring international teams and personalities to Dubai.

The retreat will also focus on identifying future opportunities through feedback from various stakeholders. "The Dubai Sports Council survey will help identify the most important future opportunities and aspects that must be developed," added H.H. Sheikh Mansoor. This initiative underscores Dubai's status as a leading destination on both local and international sports maps.

The meeting underscored the importance of leveraging feedback for enhancing community participation in sports while fostering greater achievements through private sector involvement.
