Dubai South And INDU Kishore Logistics Launch Construction Of New Logistics Facility
Dubai South, a major urban development focusing on aviation, logistics, and real estate, has partnered with INDU Kishore Logistics to initiate the construction of a new facility in its Logistics District. This project is a key step in the company's plan to become a leader in multi-industry logistics.
The groundbreaking event was attended by AbdulBasit AlMarzouqi, Deputy CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, and Kishore Lakhani, Chairman of INDU Group. Senior executives from both organisations were also present.

The upcoming facility will cover around 23,000 square meters and offer storage for 75,000 pallets. It is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025. The design focuses on handling spare parts of various sizes using data-driven automation to enhance process efficiency and speed up shipment flows.
Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, expressed satisfaction with the project's progress. He stated, "We are pleased to witness the groundbreaking of INDU Kishore Logistics’ new facility, which will be of added value to the logistics sector and our portfolio of leading logistics companies. At Dubai South, our mandate is to support the government’s vision of positioning Dubai as a leading global logistics hub. Kush Lakhani, Managing Partner at INDU Kishore Logistics, highlighted that this investment is motivated by rising demand in automotive and aerospace sectors. He noted that with Al Maktoum International Airport's expansion, the timing is perfect for this initiative. Lakhani also expressed gratitude for Dubai South's support in realising this project.
