Dubai Silicon Oasis Unveils Comprehensive Agenda And Speaker Lineup For Doers Summit 2025

Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), a hub for innovation and knowledge, has announced the agenda and speakers for the Doers Summit. This event, previously known as Reflect Festival, is a prominent startup and tech gathering in Europe. The summit will take place at Dubai Digital Park within DSO from 26th to 27th November 2025, marking its first edition in the Middle East.

The summit aims to bring together over 3,000 participants, including venture capitalists and ecosystem leaders from the region. The attendee mix will consist of 50% founders, 20% investors, and 30% operators. This diverse group is expected to foster cross-border collaboration and facilitate access to capital.

The event will begin with a keynote speech by Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism. Following this, Dr Nicodemos Damianou from Cyprus and Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni of DIEZ will address attendees. These speeches set the stage for two days of engaging discussions on global innovation trends.

The summit's agenda includes panel discussions, fireside chats, workshops, and networking sessions. These activities will focus on critical themes like artificial intelligence, fintech, digital infrastructure, sustainability, and mobility. Successful case studies from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East will also be highlighted.

Over 150 speakers will present across three main stages: Blackout Stage, Plaza Stage, and Dtec Stage. The programme features ten thematic tracks such as Future Cities, The Age of Intelligence, Future of Money, Greentech & Impact, NextGen Health, The Rise of Robots, Public Sector & Tech, Founders Unfiltered, The Deskless Economy, and The Power of Community.

These tracks aim to explore emerging trends and strategies shaping future economies. Each track offers insights into how different sectors are evolving in response to technological advancements.

Networking Opportunities

In addition to main sessions, curated side events like investor meetups and innovation challenges will be held. These gatherings are designed to enhance collaboration and strengthen ecosystem connectivity across regional and international markets.

A dedicated matchmaking platform will facilitate targeted meetings among founders, investors, and operators throughout the event. This ensures high-value interactions that can lead to meaningful partnerships.

Ahead of the summit's official opening on 25th November 2025 is the DSO Run—a community event promoting fitness while offering networking opportunities among participants before they dive into formal proceedings at this major gathering.

The summit will feature global companies like Delivery Hero; Waze; Workable; Airbus; Zoho; AWS; Google; META; Oracle alongside numerous startups showcasing products through exhibition booths or demo sessions during this significant event attracting thousands annually across Athens & Limassol too!
