RTA And Trukker Unveil New Digital Platform For Enhanced Commercial Transport In Dubai
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has partnered with Trukker Technologies DMCC Company to create a digital platform aimed at streamlining commercial transport services in Dubai. The platform will cater to individual and corporate clients, offering various commercial transport options such as furniture movers, goods transporters, and other cargo trucks.
Abdulla Yousef Al Ali, CEO of the Licensing Agency at RTA, and Gaurav Biswas, Founder and CEO of Trukker Technologies, signed the agreement. Several directors, managers, and staff members from both parties attended the signing ceremony. Al Ali stated that the initiative aims to align with international practices by developing a refined network and systems for sustainable and smart commercial transport solutions.
Enhancing Quality and Connectivity
The digital platform will improve the quality of commercial transport services by connecting customers with providers. It enables individuals, companies, and entities in Dubai to book suitable commercial vehicles for transportation directly with RTA-registered service providers. This move supports RTA's strategic goals of enhancing public-private partnerships and expanding collaborations with private entities.
Al Ali explained that the platform serves as a dedicated automated channel for Dubai's community, providing access to commercial transport service providers. It ensures users receive accurate information about these providers, simplifying their journey to commercial transport services in the emirate. The platform features an interactive searchable database of service providers, allowing clients to efficiently obtain services amid ongoing digital transformation efforts.

Gaurav expressed pride in partnering with RTA and thanked their visionary leadership for promoting a culture focused on execution and collaboration. He said that the platform would provide advanced yet user-friendly solutions to meet various transportation needs in Dubai through automation.
