Dubai RTA Launches App Upgrade For Easier Service Access
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched an upgraded version of its "RTA App," aimed at providing users with enhanced ease of use and streamlined access to all RTA services. This update signifies a shift towards a comprehensive solution, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring quick access to essential services.
The new version of the RTA App introduces a personalised dashboard, offering quick actions for essential services such as the renewal of vehicle licences, driving licences, and purchasing parking tickets. This feature empowers users with efficient access to vital services, saving time and effort.

Additional features include a user-friendly interface that facilitates SALIK online payments, voucher top-up, and NOL top-up directly through the app. The app also consolidates parking services into one screen for seamless navigation and convenience.
The upgrade enhances the vehicle licence renewal and fine payment experience. Users can now enjoy a hassle-free process for renewing vehicle licences and paying fines, thanks to a total overhaul of the user experience in these areas.
Commitment to Customer Needs
Meera Al Shaikh, Director of Smart Services at RTA, stated that this upgraded solution is the result of RTA's commitment to meeting customer needs and addressing previously raised requirements by end users. "Through the upgraded RTA Application, we are changing the way our customers interact with our services," she said.
Al Shaikh added that the commitment to enhancing user experience has led to the creation of a personalised dashboard and streamlined journeys, ensuring quick access to essential services. This upgrade reflects RTA's dedication to meeting customer needs and ongoing efforts to provide convenient and efficient transportation solutions.
