Dubai Releases All Inmates Involved In Rental Disputes Ahead Of Eid Celebrations

The Dubai Rental Disputes Center, with backing from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Est., has released all inmates involved in rental disputes in Dubai. This initiative aligns with the UAE's values of tolerance and social solidarity. A total of 86 inmates, detained over rent-related financial claims and judicial rulings, have been freed after settling their financial obligations exceeding AED6.8 million.

This initiative aims to alleviate the burden on affected families and ease the suffering of those entangled in rental disputes. It underscores the UAE's humanitarian approach and commitment to supporting those in need, enhancing family stability, and helping individuals overcome financial crises. The leadership's focus on fostering social responsibility and promoting social stability is evident through this effort.

Dubai Releases Inmates Before Eid

Judge AbdulQader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the Dubai Rental Disputes Center, praised this humanitarian effort and expressed gratitude to the Establishment for their generous support. He stated: "We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Est. for their generous support for this initiative that reflects the values of tolerance and generosity instilled by our leadership."

He further highlighted that this initiative sets a model for solidarity across society, reaffirming their commitment to rehabilitate and reintegrate released individuals into society. The aim is to ensure they have an opportunity to start anew. The center continues its efforts to review cases thoroughly while balancing judicial standards with humanitarian considerations.

Saleh Zahir Al Mazrouei, Director General of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Est., emphasised their ongoing participation in initiatives promoting community security under His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's guidance. He stated: "This reflects our commitment to the principles of solidarity and cooperation and to providing support to vulnerable segments of society."

Al Mazrouei affirmed that releasing inmates involved in rental disputes aims to ease financial burdens, restore family unity, and offer individuals a fresh start free from debt. This initiative brings joy ahead of Eid Al-Fitr, sending a powerful message of solidarity as individuals reintegrate into society as productive members.
