DLD Partners With Property Finder, Bayut And dubizzle To Empower Emirati Talent In Real Estate

The Dubai Land Department (DLD), via the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), has forged significant partnerships with Property Finder, Bayut Web Publishing and dubizzle. These collaborations are set to empower Emirati talents and elevate awareness in Dubai's real estate sector, striving for an exceptional training environment. The agreements were signed during the 'Tamkeen Real Estate Workshop’ held by DLD on 4 March, with high-profile attendees including His Excellency Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita and representatives from various organisations.

Marwan bin Ghalita highlighted the importance of empowering Emiratis in the real estate market, aligning with Dubai's Social Agenda 33 and Economic Agenda D33 to integrate Emiratis into the private sector. These partnerships aim to provide citizens with specialised training and development opportunities, thereby enhancing their involvement in the sector's sustainable development.

Dubai Boosts Emirati Real Estate Talent

Under these agreements, newly licensed Emirati real estate agents will be able to advertise their properties for free on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and dubizzle for the first year. Additionally, the partnerships will focus on raising awareness and disseminating real estate knowledge among investors, property owners, and stakeholders.

Supporting Professional Development

Cherif Sleiman of Property Finder expressed pride in the partnership, which aims to serve as a stepping stone for UAE nationals starting in the real estate sector. The initiative is geared towards nurturing local talent and ensuring the sector boasts the best professionals.

Haider Khan, CEO of Bayut and dubizzle, also shared enthusiasm for the partnership. The MOU will provide Emirati talents with comprehensive training through Bayut Academy and exclusive startup packages, thus encouraging their active participation in the dynamic real estate sector.

The agreements include specialised training programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences to address key issues in the real estate market. This effort will also focus on advancing smart and digital services within the Emirate's real estate sector, thereby fostering localisation efforts and supporting Emirati employment and entrepreneurship in the industry.

These strategic partnerships mark a significant step towards empowering local talent in Dubai's real estate sector, aligning with broader national objectives to enhance Emirati participation in the economy and foster a skilled workforce equipped for the demands of the modern real estate market.
