Dubai Police Achieves WITSA Global Award For Innovative Emerging Digital Solutions In Training
Dubai Police has been honoured with the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) award in the Emerging Digital Solutions category. Brigadier Badran Al Shamsi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Academic Affairs and Training, highlighted that this achievement underscores Dubai Police's commitment to digital transformation. The Virtual Technology Centre at Dubai Police has become a global leader in virtual training solutions, according to Brigadier Dr. Mansour Al Razooqi, its Director. He stated that the centre’s advanced systems replicate real-world environments using simulation and VR technologies, offering trainees safe and effective practical experiences. The award motivates continued innovation in this field.
