Dubai Police Highlights Commitment To Tourism Services At Arabian Travel Market 2025
The Dubai Police stand drew a wide range of visitors on the first day of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Attendees included ambassadors, consular representatives, and aviation experts from both government and private sectors. This diverse audience reflects the event's significance in showcasing Dubai's global appeal.
Brigadier Harb Al Shamsi, Acting Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, highlighted that participating in such exhibitions underscores Dubai Police's dedication to engaging in significant international events across various sectors. "The tourism and travel sector played a vital role in the economy that is experiencing significant global growth," he added.

Major General Ali Atiq bin Lahej, Assistant Commandant for Ports Affairs at Dubai Police, inspected the stand and stressed their commitment to participating in major local, regional, and global events like ATM. "This reinforces the force's dedication to enhancing Dubai's position as a safe and leading tourist destination worldwide," he continued.
Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department, confirmed that seven key services are being showcased at the police stand. These services align with the strategic goal of maintaining a ‘Safe City’ by supporting security measures throughout Dubai.
The stand also featured efforts by the Hatta Brave Squad, established to improve rapid response during emergencies. The Can-Am quad patrol vehicle used by Hatta Police Station was displayed as well. This vehicle is crucial for operations in rugged terrains, equipped with advanced technology and specialised tools for security tasks.
Visitors were introduced to the smart Lost and Found System at the stand. This system connects government, semi-government, and private entities across Dubai, streamlining processes for lost items. It represents an innovative approach to managing lost property efficiently within the emirate.
The participation of Dubai Police in ATM 2025 highlights their proactive approach to ensuring safety while promoting tourism. By showcasing advanced security measures and systems, they aim to bolster confidence among tourists visiting Dubai as a secure destination.
