Dubai Police Introduces Innovative Digital Twin For Tourist Police At GITEX Global 2024

Dubai Police wrapped up its participation in GITEX Global 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. They highlighted their latest innovations and services aimed at boosting security and introduced significant policy initiatives to benefit the community. A key feature was the "Digital Twin for Tourist Police" system, an AI-driven platform that automatically addresses tourist inquiries and complaints, offering real-time services around the clock.

The "Digital Twin for Tourist Police" system is designed to enhance the tourist experience in Dubai by providing swift and precise responses. This smart platform ensures tourists receive assistance anytime, improving their overall experience in the city. The system's implementation reflects Dubai Police's commitment to integrating advanced technology into their operations.

During GITEX, Dubai Police also promoted the World Police Summit's official website. They explained the summit’s awards, which recognise experts, specialists, and police leaders globally. These awards honour those who strive for community safety worldwide, adhering to top international standards despite challenges.

The upcoming World Police Summit will occur from 13–15 May 2025 in Dubai under the theme "Designing the Future of Policing." It aims to address global changes aligned with the Fifth Industrial Revolution. The summit will bring together police leaders, law enforcement agencies, and security experts worldwide to collaborate and share knowledge.

At GITEX, Dubai Police also presented the "Esaad Privilege Card." This card offers exclusive discounts across ten sectors such as tourism, travel, restaurants, entertainment, online shopping, retail, health and fitness, housing, family services, education, automotive, and public sector. The initiative supports Dubai Police’s mission to improve life quality for residents and employees.
