The General Directorate of Residency and Identity Affairs – Dubai is showcasing advanced digital initiatives focused on enhancing service efficiency. Notable projects include ‘Salama’ Smart Platform for residency procedures and Customer Sentiment Analysis System for real-time feedback interaction.
