Dubai Holding Asset Management has announced the upcoming opening of Nad Al Sheba Mall, a new retail hub in Dubai. Spanning 500,000 square feet, this mixed-use destination is set to open in April 2025. The mall will feature over 100 stores offering fitness, retail, entertainment, food and beverage (F&B), and healthcare options, aiming to provide a blend of convenience and leisure.

The mall's strategic location and modern design make it an ideal spot for social gatherings. It includes premium wellness facilities such as a rooftop gym, swimming pool, and padel courts. With over 900 parking spaces available, accessibility is prioritised. Its proximity to schools and residential areas is expected to boost foot traffic significantly.

The UAE's retail sector is experiencing robust growth due to economic diversification, increased tourism, and a rising population. Statista projects that UAE retail sales will grow from $108.1 billion in 2024 to $139.1 billion by 2028. This growth is driven by favourable demographics and the rise of omnichannel retailing.

Nad Al Sheba Mall will host key tenants like Home Bakery, Parkers, SALT for F&B; supermarkets such as Spinneys and Union Coop; sports outlets including Go Sport and Fit N Glam; and children's entertainment venues like Fun City and Orange Wheels.
