DUBAI GAMES Announces Emarat As Diamond Sponsor For Three-Year Partnership

The Organising Committee of DUBAI GAMES has partnered with Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (Emarat) for the next three years. Emarat will serve as the Diamond Sponsor for this premier team sports event in Dubai. This collaboration is under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister.

This strategic alliance highlights Emarat's dedication to supporting initiatives that promote teamwork and active lifestyles. It also strengthens Dubai's reputation as a global hub for sports and innovation. Ali Khalifa Al Shamsi, CEO of Emarat, remarked on the significance of DUBAI GAMES, stating, "DUBAI GAMES is more than a test of endurance; it is a celebration of teamwork, diversity, and community spirit."

Al Shamsi emphasised that these values align with Emarat's mission to drive social development and healthier lifestyles. By fostering collaboration, the championship embodies Dubai's energy and ambition. It introduces new challenges each year, inspiring participants through its dynamic events.

Marwan bin Essa, Director of DUBAI GAMES, highlighted the UAE institutions' commitment to supporting initiatives that foster teamwork and innovation. He noted that as the championship grows, they aim to deliver an exceptional 2025 edition that embodies creativity and challenge.

The sixth edition of DUBAI GAMES will feature over 240 teams competing across four categories: Battle of the Government (Men and Women), Battle of the Community, Battle of the Cities, and Battle of the Juniors. The total prize pool exceeds AED3.1 million.

DUBAI GAMES 2025 will commence in February with qualifiers for the Battle of the Community on 1st February. The Battle of the Juniors will follow on 8th February at DAMAC Hills. The main championship is scheduled from 20th to 23rd February 2025 at Dubai Festival City.

This partnership not only supports national initiatives but also reinforces Dubai's status as a global sports hub. It inspires future generations to strive for excellence while promoting a spirit of challenge and creativity.
