Dubai Culture Celebrates Dual Recognition At The 2025 International Brilliance Awards For HR Excellence
Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has been honoured with two HR Brilliance Awards at the 2025 International Brilliance Awards in the UK. This recognition highlights Dubai Culture's dedication to innovation and excellence in human resources, demonstrating its exceptional performance in adopting best practices that enhance employment and productivity.
Dubai Culture secured the Gold Award for ‘Innovative HR Team of the Year,’ acknowledging its emphasis on collaboration and progress in human resources. Mohammed Obaid Al Marri, Director of the Human Resources Department at Dubai Culture, was awarded the Silver Award for ‘HR Professional of the Year’ for his leadership and contributions to advancing HR practices.

Al Marri expressed pride in this achievement, attributing it to Dubai Culture’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and employee empowerment.
