Dubai Courts Rolls Out Specialized Services For Seniors And People Of Determination
Dubai Courts have introduced a comprehensive package of services to simplify judicial procedures for senior citizens and people of determination. This initiative underscores Dubai Courts' dedication to sustainable development and aligns with the Dubai Social Agenda 33. By enhancing social justice and equality, the initiative aims to improve social integration.
The service package is designed to significantly enhance user experience and boost service delivery efficiency. Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts, stated, "Dubai Courts is keen to make it easier for senior citizens and people of determination to obtain judicial services. We place the highest priority on enhancing rapid and easy access to the services as part of our efforts to create a judicial environment characterised by transparency, efficiency, and efficient delivery of justice."

Al Suwaidi further mentioned that the initiative supports senior citizens and people of determination, who are considered a blessing and top priority. He added that this aligns with Dubai's vision for sustainable development and high quality of life for all society members. The new initiative aims to boost customer satisfaction and build confidence in Dubai's judicial system.
Mohammed Al Obaidli, Executive Director of the Claims Management Sector at Dubai Courts, highlighted the commitment to providing exceptional judicial services through this package. He said, "The launch of this package reflects our firm commitment to providing exceptional and reliable judicial services. The initiative will help enhance social sustainability and cohesiveness and foster a judicial environment marked by equality and social justice."
Al Obaidli also noted that the service package would save time, effort, and costs while addressing specific needs. It supports the goals of Dubai Social Agenda 33 by strengthening the social system through protection, care, and empowerment.
Range of Services Offered
The new initiative includes various services such as Shore (voluntary legal consultation), Sanad (voluntary legal representation), fee postponement or exemption for those unable to pay legal fees, Aoun (support for financially insolvent litigants), Courts of Goodness (assistance in paying debts), Al Adheed Services (free services at Al Adheed Centers), and Qareeb (transfer service). Additional benefits include priority service in centres, priority call centre services, dedicated parking spaces, and rooms for video calling.
