Dubai Civil Aviation Authority And RAK Department Of Civil Aviation Sign MoU To Enhance Aviation Sector Cooperation
The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) and the Department of Civil Aviation, Ras Al Khaimah (RAKDCA) have formalised their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement aims to bolster strategic partnerships and share expertise to enhance operational efficiency and safety in the civil aviation sector. The MoU was signed by Mohammed Abdulla Lengawi, Director General of DCAA, and Eng. Esmaeel Hassan Esmaeel Alblooshi, Director General of RAKDCA.
This MoU establishes a framework for cooperation between the two entities. It includes exchanging information, forming joint working groups, and organising regular meetings. These efforts are designed to improve institutional integration and achieve strategic goals. The focus is on enhancing safety and operational efficiency within the UAE's civil aviation sector.

Mohammed Abdulla Lengawi highlighted the importance of this agreement. Eng. Esmaeel Hassan Esmaeel Alblooshi expressed similar sentiments regarding the partnership's potential benefits.
