The Dubai Chamber of Commerce has introduced the Dubai Delivery Business Group. This initiative aims to support the delivery sector's growth and unify interests of companies in this field within the emirate. The chamber, part of Dubai Chambers, is committed to enhancing private sector representation across various industries.
Currently, 106 Business Groups operate under the chamber’s umbrella, contributing to a resilient and future-ready economy. The new group will collaborate with government entities and private stakeholders to discuss trends, tackle challenges, and seize opportunities in the delivery services sector.

Maha Al Gargawi, Vice President of Business Advocacy at Dubai Chambers, stated that digital transformation is driving rapid growth in Dubai's delivery services sector. She noted that increasing consumer demand, population growth, and urban expansion are key factors. "We look forward to working closely with the Dubai Delivery Business Group to represent the interests of companies operating in the sector and play an active role in driving its sustainable growth," she said.
The group will focus on improving policy frameworks for long-term development. It will also propose recommendations to enhance regulatory frameworks and boost competitiveness. Promoting global best practices is another priority for the group.
Advancing professional standards and encouraging sustainable delivery solutions are key objectives. The group aims to promote fair competition while supporting smart technologies like AI and electric vehicles. Addressing workforce wellbeing and regulatory improvements are also on their agenda.
Knowledge-sharing across the sector will be encouraged to foster innovation and efficiency. The group's efforts align with Dubai Chamber's mission to strengthen private sector representation across diverse industries.
This initiative reflects ongoing efforts by the chamber to create a more resilient economy. By unifying delivery companies' interests, it seeks to advance their collective goals effectively.
