Document Attestations By Dubai Chamber Of Commerce Surge By 20.5% In H1 2024
Dubai Chamber of Commerce, part of Dubai Chambers, revealed that it attested 11,740 documents in the first half of 2024. This marks a 20.5% increase compared to the same period last year. The number of customers using this service also rose by 17.3% during this time.
The chamber's attestation service is fully digital and takes only one working hour to complete. This makes it one of the quickest services available to meet customer needs. The service ensures that members' documents are accepted by relevant authorities, enhancing their credibility.

Among the documents attested, 'To Whom It May Concern' letters were the most requested during H1 2024. Certificates followed in second place, with auditors' reports, agreements, invoices, and authorisation letters also being frequently attested. Agency contracts saw the largest growth in transactions among the top ten most-requested documents, with an 85.6% year-over-year increase.
No objection certificates recorded the second-largest annual growth rate at 79.8%, while agreements ranked third with a year-over-year growth of 57.6%. These figures highlight the increasing demand for various types of document attestations within the business community.
The chamber offers three main sub-services under its attestation umbrella: Verify Signature, True Copy, and Authentication. These services cover 59 categories of documents, ensuring a wide range of business needs are met efficiently.
