Dubai Chambers To Host Dubai Business Forum China 2026 In Shenzhen To Bolster D33 Partnerships
Dubai Chambers plans to stage the fifth international Dubai Business Forum – China in Shenzhen on 14th May 2026. The organisation aims to use the event to draw new Chinese investment, deepen commercial partnerships, and support the goals set under Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33) across priority markets.
The forum is designed to highlight opportunities linked to D33 and reinforce Dubai’s role as a launch platform for Chinese firms. Organisers expect strong interest from companies seeking regional access across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, as Dubai continues to attract foreign direct investment from China.

Hosting the Dubai Business Forum – China in Shenzhen places the gathering within the Greater Bay Area. The region is recognised as a major international centre for technology and advanced industries. Dubai Chambers intends to connect this innovation ecosystem with Dubai’s growing digital economy and trade sectors through targeted dialogue.
Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, said the organisation’s renewed focus on China underlines its commitment to stronger economic ties. Lootah highlighted an emphasis on building "tangible pathways for growth in the digital economy." Forum sessions will cover innovation, global trade flows, emerging digital models, and future-focused industries that align with D33.
The previous Dubai Business Forum – China, held in Beijing in August 2024, drew more than 800 investors and business leaders. Dubai Chambers views the Shenzhen edition as a continuation of its programme to expand its international network and reinforce Dubai’s profile among global companies considering new regional bases.
Chinese corporate participation in Dubai continues to increase. Dubai Chambers reported more than 6,190 active Chinese members registered with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce by the end of Q3 2025. The figures illustrate deepening commercial links and support expectations for strong Chinese attendance at the Shenzhen forum.
| Event | Location | Date | Key Metric |

The Dubai Business Forum – China programme in Shenzhen will include curated business-matching sessions, sector-focused roundtables, and policy discussions. These elements are intended to encourage long-term cooperation, form new joint ventures, and channel investment that supports D33’s targets for trade growth, innovation, and digital economic development.
Dubai Chambers expects the 2026 edition in Shenzhen to strengthen Dubai’s status as a preferred base for Chinese companies. By linking the Greater Bay Area’s innovation strengths with Dubai’s strategic location and D33 agenda, the forum is positioned to generate fresh partnerships, capital flows, and knowledge exchange across connected markets.
