Dubai Business Associates Launches Its 11th Cohort Of Young Professionals To Enhance Global Leadership Skills
The Dubai Business Associates (DBA) programme, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has launched its eleventh cohort. This event took place at the One&Only One Za’abeel and welcomed 26 new Associates from 18 different countries. These individuals were chosen from a competitive pool of 6,660 applicants spanning 146 nations.
This year's cohort includes participants from Brazil, China, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Singapore, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The diverse backgrounds of these Associates highlight Dubai's appeal as an innovation-driven hub that attracts young professionals globally.

The DBA programme is a unique nine-month initiative designed for high-achieving university graduates. It offers comprehensive training in strategy, business, and leadership within one of the world's most dynamic cities. Over the past ten years, it has attracted 313 Associates from 53 countries, including 56 UAE Nationals.
Associates engage in real-world consulting projects with key industry partners such as Emirates and Dubai International Financial Centre. These projects have saved participating organisations over $30 million in consulting fees. This underscores the programme's tangible impact on Dubai's business landscape.
Rami Tawfiq, Director of Dubai Business Associates, expressed pride in attracting outstanding global talent. He stated: "As we welcome our eleventh cohort...this group represents an exceptional cohort of future leaders." The programme aims to prepare these individuals to lead with purpose and innovation.
Amna Al Owais from DIFC Courts emphasised the importance of strong legal foundations in fostering trust and investment. She remarked: "Pioneered under the patronage and vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum...we are proud to support this initiative."
