Digital Dubai Achieves Seven Stevie International Business Awards For Excellence In 2025

Digital Dubai has been recognised with seven awards at the 2025 Stevie International Business Awards, showcasing its leadership in Corporate Enablement. This achievement highlights a significant milestone for the emirate. The organisation received a Gold Award for "Achievement in Human Resources" due to its comprehensive Talent Management Ecosystem. Additionally, it secured a Silver Award for the Digital Pioneers initiative, which focuses on nurturing local talent and capabilities.

In the customer service category, Digital Dubai earned a Silver Award for "Achievement in Customer Satisfaction." This was achieved through an impressive 98% satisfaction rate across over 320 services, setting a high standard for government customer experience. Reem Al Falasi, Principal Customer Management Executive at Digital Dubai, was also honoured with a Silver Award as "Customer Service Executive of the Year."

The organisation's marketing efforts were recognised with three Bronze Awards. The "Be Aware" initiative was acknowledged as the "Most Innovative Use of Social Media," thanks to its extensive reach and creative awareness strategies. The Marketing and Communications Department was named "Best Marketing Department of the Year 2025." Furthermore, Digital Dubai won an award for Communications or PR Campaign of the Year for Internal Communications within institutions having over 100 employees.
