Digital Dubai And Dubai Future Foundation Collaborate To Enhance Digital Competencies For Future Leaders

Digital Dubai has entered into a strategic partnership with the Dubai Future Foundation. This collaboration aims to develop national skills to anticipate and shape the future using innovative technologies and tools. Tariq Al Janahi, CEO of the Corporate Enablement Sector at Digital Dubai, and Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of Future Design and Acceleration at the Dubai Future Foundation, signed the agreement.

The partnership is designed to empower participants in the Digital Pioneers Programme. This initiative by Digital Dubai trains new graduates over a year to become future leaders. It combines technical and behavioural skills with a focus on emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and Fourth Industrial Revolution tools.

Tariq Al Janahi stated, "This agreement aligns with Digital Dubai’s direction to enhance digital competencies, invest in its talent driving the digital transformation process, and provide them with advanced and diverse training resources. We are pleased that Dubai Future Foundation serves as a key learning and training hub for Dubai’s digital talent."

Saeed Al Falasi highlighted the importance of being prepared for future opportunities. He said, "Imagining, designing, and executing the future - while remaining ready for its opportunities and transformations - is a core principle of the Dubai Future Foundation’s various programmes and initiatives."

The partnership includes several key elements. These involve launching joint training programmes with leading global technology companies. Additionally, there will be participation in international events showcasing advancements in future technologies.

Strategic partnerships with entities like Digital Dubai reinforce Dubai's status as a leader in digital transformation. Saeed Al Falasi noted that such collaborations help position Dubai as the world’s most future-ready city.
