DIAC And Opus 2 Collaborate To Improve Dispute Resolution Services With Innovative Technology Solutions
Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) has partnered with Opus 2, a provider of legal software and hearing services. This collaboration aims to enhance DIAC's dispute resolution services through advanced technology. By integrating innovative arbitration solutions and modern hearing technology, the partnership seeks to improve the efficiency and accessibility of DIAC's offerings.
The collaboration will introduce a digital platform designed to streamline DIAC's internal processes. This platform will connect all participants, including parties, legal practitioners, neutrals, and the DIAC Secretariat. The goal is to optimise these processes for better service delivery.

Opus 2's technological infrastructure will be leveraged to enhance user experience while ensuring scalability and cybersecurity. The new platform will centralise e-filing, case registration, and document submission, making these processes more efficient for users.
DIAC users will gain access to Opus 2’s integrated hearing technologies and services. This includes virtual hearings, shared electronic bundles, real-time transcription, and electronic presentation of evidence (EPE). These features aim to ensure streamlined proceedings under DIAC rules.
