LEAP 2025: How Deloitte's Silicon-2-Service Offering Will Accelerate AI Adoption Across Middle East
In the Middle East, Deloitte has introduced its Silicon-2-Service (S2S) offering, signifying a major step forward in the deployment of Sovereign AI capabilities for its key clients. This service encompasses the full spectrum of AI implementation, from strategy formulation and design to optimization and ongoing management.
The initiative was unveiled at LEAP 2025, where Deloitte served as the Innovation & Emerging Technology Partner, underscoring its dedication to leading-edge technological solutions.

Yousef Barkawie, the AI & Data Leader for Deloitte Middle East, emphasized the transformative impact of AI on the global business environment, highlighting the unique opportunities it presents for the Middle East.
"AI is transforming business landscapes globally and presenting our Middle East region with unprecedented opportunities to innovate and scale. With the rollout of our Silicon-2-Service offering in the region, we are enabling adoption and providing access to cutting-edge innovation at a large scale. We support clients across the public and private sectors through their entire AI journey," he stated.
Deloitte's partnership with NVIDIA plays a crucial role in the S2S offering, simplifying the process of deploying advanced AI and computing technologies. This collaboration ensures that Deloitte’s clients can quickly realize the value of their AI investments, fostering an environment of innovation and adaptability.
The integration of NVIDIA's accelerated computing and AI platforms into Deloitte's solutions enhances operational efficiency and scalability, enabling businesses to navigate the complexities of modern technology landscapes more effectively.
"S2S is our way of assisting our clients in the design and deployment of their sovereign AI capabilities in a secure, private, and scalable infrastructure. Our clients can now confidently deploy the latest AI infrastructure, from GPU to Generative AI services – therefore Silicon-to-Service – on their private networks. Client organizations are now able to build AI solutions that maximise productivity while addressing sovereign considerations and mitigating market-specific challenges," Barkawie further explained.
The S2S service differentiates itself by addressing the intricacies involved in adopting AI technologies. It aims to streamline this process, mitigating the risks and challenges associated with deploying and scaling advanced solutions. By incorporating production-level AI with customized workflows, Deloitte’s offering not only enhances productivity but also ensures that businesses can pursue innovation while adhering to regulatory standards and addressing market-specific hurdles.
Deloitte’s launch of the S2S offering is aligned with its commitment to bolstering the digital economy in the Middle East. By creating an ecosystem that marries innovation with practical outcomes, Deloitte aims to drive progress while remaining compliant with the diverse regulatory landscapes across the region.
