Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) Group and Saudi Arabia's Delmon Industrial Complex have signed a 50-year land lease agreement. This deal is for a new plant in the ICAD III area of KEZAD Musaffah, aimed at serving the oil and gas industry. The plant will be developed with an investment of AED50 million by Delmon Industrial Complex.
The Delmon Industrial Complex, part of the Delmon Group established in 1981, is headquartered in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The group is known for its work in mining, oil and gas, chemicals, construction, and logistics services. Additionally, it offers solar solutions as part of its diverse product range.

The new plant in KEZAD is part of Delmon Group's strategy to expand into the UAE market. It aims to become a key player in KEZAD’s industrial zone dedicated to the oil and gas sector. The facility will cover approximately 59,000 square metres and focus on exploration, extraction, and refining activities.
Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities & Free Zones at AD Ports Group, stated that this agreement marks a significant partnership with a well-established manufacturer entering the UAE market. "We look forward to the beginning of a long and successful journey with them," he said.
Delmon Industrial Complex's entry into ICAD III highlights KEZAD’s expanding client base within the oil and gas manufacturing sector. This move supports local manufacturing initiatives within KEZAD. Ahmed Sulaiman Alghunaim, Founder of Delmon Industrial Complex, emphasized the strategic importance of this expansion into the UAE.
"The establishment of the Delmon Industrial Complex is an important step towards developing and expanding our business in the oil and gas sector in the UAE," said Alghunaim. He noted that their choice was influenced by the sector's significance in the Emirates and KEZAD Group's reputation for excellent investor services.
